We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & Refunds

RETURN CRITERIA

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase
  • You provide the invoice from the time of purchase
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
  • The item is in saleable condition ie unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition
  • Clothing Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
  • Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

CHANGE OF MIND REFUND REQUESTS

1- We do not accept change of mind refund requests for:

  1. Health and safety products ;
  2. Bulk purchases (including by pallet or pick up); or
  3. Packages that have been opened.

2- Otherwise, we only consider a change of mind refund request if this is made within 7 days after the item is delivered to the customer. the change of mind refund request could be rejected.

Change of mind request procedure

You must consult with us about any change of mind refund request. Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. If no consultation has occurred, a refund will not be provided.

If a change of mind request is accepted, and:

  1. You have been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; or
  2. You have not been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; and/or
  3. the customer changes their mind before the item is received and requires the action of Return to Sender (RTS), we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee. Refund for RTS will be provided after the item is received at our/supplier warehouse facility.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Ensure the items being returned comply with the return criteria stated above
  2. Locate your receipt. You will need information from the receipt to proceed
  3. Contact the Customer Service Team to discuss your return. This will ensure fast and efficient processing of your return

Expected processing timelines for refund process?

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item and confirm that there is no problem, after reaching to our customer service team and their approval. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you.
